Position: FRONT DESK/GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME)

Andaz Front Desk/Guest Service Representatives (i.e., Hosts) are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to serve guests by assisting with luggage handling, concierge services, check-in/check-out, managing room inventory, and more. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as an Andaz Host. Requirements: Prior hotel front desk experience a plus!; A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; Refined verbal and written communication skills; Ability to stand for long periods; Able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
