Position: FRONT DESK GUEST SERVICE AGENT FT

About: Springboard Hospitality, a premier third-party hotel management company, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The company has a diverse team dedicated to delivering exceptional hotel experiences and empowering both guests and communities. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay at the Hotel Erwin in Venice, CA.

Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Prior experience in a Front Desk role in the hotel industry. Advanced computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain composure. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Fluent in English. Knowledge of hotel management systems like OPERA is a plus.
