Position: Front Desk/Guest Service Agent
About: Holiday Inn Express Fargo Southwest is seeking a qualified Front Desk Agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making skills. The hotel is committed to providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for all visitors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; successful history as a front desk agent or related customer service experience; understanding of hotel’s Property Management Software (PMS) systems; flexible schedule to meet business needs; ability to focus on guest satisfaction and maintain a professional attitude
