Position: Front Desk Concierge – Luxury Residential
About: Two Trees, a Brooklyn-based real estate development company known for transforming the neighborhood of DUMBO, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for one of its Williamsburg Luxury Class A rental apartment buildings. The Concierge role involves serving as a key point of contact for residents and tenants to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements: Prior experience of at least 2 years in luxury residential, hospitality, or service industries; service-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality; punctuality and high standards of personal grooming and appearance; openness to learning and welcome feedback in a team environment; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; problem-solving capabilities and sense of ownership; schedule flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends.
