Position: Front Desk Concierge – Luxury Residential
About: Two Trees, a Brooklyn-based real estate development company known for transforming the Brooklyn neighborhood of DUMBO, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for one of their Luxury Class A rental apartment buildings. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for residents and tenants, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and overseeing building operations and security.
Requirements: Prior experience of at least 2 years in luxury residential, hospitality, or service industries; service-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality; punctuality and high standards of personal grooming and appearance; openness to learning and feedback in a team environment; exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment; sense of ownership with problem-solving capabilities; schedule flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
