Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; proven experience in a customer service role is necessary, demonstrating excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
