Position: Front Desk Concierge
About: The Community Manager position at our office involves managing the office, its staff, and the entire community. The role includes wearing multiple hats, acting as a Concierge/Host, and serving as a Brand Ambassador for our space.
Requirements: Positive can-do attitude – we’ll train you on the specifics; Time Management – able to balance a variety of responsibilities and demands efficiently and effectively; Data entry – can accurately follow procedures and enter numbers while being distracted by other people or situations; You love people – talking with them, listening, and connecting them; Proficient in Microsoft Office – can create, save, and edit Word and Excel files; Technology savvy – not afraid to help someone get set up on the printer or Wi-Fi; Social media is second nature. Can post to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn – and does so daily; Have an interest in hosting events – planning and executing them; Great communicator – members not only feel comfortable talking to you, but WANT to chat with you each day; Plugged into the local community – know what Meetups to hit and which ones we want to host
