About: The Front Desk Wellness Concierge is responsible for the daily operational flow, the reception, herbal bar, and retail areas at Redmint urban wellness sanctuary. The position involves greeting guests, answering inquiries, booking appointments, recommending memberships, making herbal bar drinks, and ensuring a high level of customer service and cleanliness standards.
Requirements: Minimum of three years customer service experience; Spa/Fitness/Wellness experience preferred; SF residents preferred; College degree preferred
