Position: Front Desk Agent – The Cosmopolitan
About: At MGM Resorts International, we are known for creating unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent at The Cosmopolitan, you will play a key role in welcoming guests, understanding their needs, and creating memorable moments that last beyond their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; six (6) months experience in a guest services focused role; six (6) months face-to-face guest service experience; proficient computer skills; knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform; cash-handling experience
