Position: Front Desk Agent (Part Time)
About: Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service, and settling accounts. They handle reservations, hotel operations, and concierge duties, ensuring maximum room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful. Experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively. Clear communication and quick decision-making skills. Effective in handling high-pressure situations and workplace problems. Good understanding of financial information and basic arithmetic functions. Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Understanding of hotel products and guest services. Ability to create an enjoyable work environment.
