About: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to join their team in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will embody the values of being charming, staying in the moment, and making it memorable, to create personalized experiences for each guest.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, plus one-year front desk/guest service experience; some college preferred; must speak fluent English; other languages preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift items up to 50 pounds, handle various objects and computer equipment, and utilize property management and reservations systems.
