Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Flexible availability including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Familiarity with hotel products and guest services; Team player with a focus on creating a positive work environment
