Position: Front Desk Agent/Concierge
About: Harbour View Inn, located at 2 Vendue Range in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Full-time Front Desk/Concierge to join their team. The Front Desk Agent/Concierge is responsible for providing quality guest services including registration, check-out, PBX operations, and offering assistance and information to guests and visitors about the hotel and its facilities, as well as the surrounding area with restaurants and attractions.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year related experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; ability to operate the Property Management System, capture email, and use the PBX system; must be accountable for balancing the daily shift bank and demonstrate quality service
