Position: Front Desk Agent/Concierge
About: The Spectator Hotel located at 67 State Street in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Concierge who will be responsible for providing quality guest services including registration, check-out, PBX operations, and offering assistance to guests regarding the hotel facilities and the surrounding area attractions and restaurants.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year related experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals; ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization; operational knowledge of Property Management System, email capture, and PBX system; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use hands for handling objects; ability to adjust focus; excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude
