Position: Front Desk Agent
About: This hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest services, handle check-in and check-out procedures, manage PBX operations, and maintain accurate accounting practices in line with hospitality standards. The ideal candidate will uphold professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency in all interactions with guests and staff members at the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals; problem-solving skills; proficiency in using Property Management System, PBX system, and email; physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
