Position: Front Desk Agent

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems efficiently; Clear communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of hotel products, guest services, and hospitality terminology
