Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College course work in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong focus on outstanding customer service; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems effectively; Clear communication skills; Ability to work in stressful situations and handle workplace problems; Basic understanding of financial information and arithmetic; Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Flexible schedule availability including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Familiarity with hotel products and guest services; Ability to create a positive work environment.
