Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Hampton Inn by Hilton in Marlborough is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join their team. The hotel is situated near Apex Entertainment and corporate offices, conveniently located off US 20 and I-495, just ten minutes from I-90. Guests enjoy a daily complimentary breakfast, and the property is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates, a renowned hotel management company with 50 hotel properties.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred; Hilton experience is a plus; strong computer skills including intranet, Property management system, WORD, and EXCEL preferred; valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history subject to company approval
