Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents at Aimbridge Hospitality are responsible for providing outstanding guest service, handling guest registrations, reservations, and concierge duties. The company manages over 1,550 hotels globally, from international lodging brands to luxury and lifestyle hotels, with a focus on exceptional guest service and driving results.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a passion for customer service; Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of hotel products and guest services; Ability to create a positive work environment
