Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service; Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; Clear communication and ability to handle internal and external customers professionally; Quick decision-making and effective problem-solving in high-pressure environments; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of hotel products and services; Ability to create a positive work environment; Operational knowledge of financial information, basic arithmetic functions, and hotel terminology
