Position: Front Desk Agent
About: The Palms Oceanfront Hotel is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide quality guest services including registration, check-out, PBX operations, mail, and message services. The ideal candidate must adhere to essential hospitality standards, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year related experience and/or training; ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals; ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; ability to operate Property Management System and PBX system; physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
