Position: Front Desk Agent

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College course work in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; Clear communication and ability to handle internal and external customers; Effective in stressful situations, problem-solving, and teamwork; Able to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of hotel products, guest services, Microsoft Office suite, and hospitality terminology
