Position: Front Desk Agent
About: The Front Desk Agent at a resort is responsible for providing a professional and efficient check-in and check-out experience for guests. They handle payments, offer information to guests, and ensure daily tasks are completed with outstanding hospitality. This position requires flexibility in scheduling as the hotel operates 24/7, including holidays and weekends.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least two years of related guest service experience, with one year of hotel experience preferred; excellent communication skills in English; professional appearance and demeanor; proficient computer skills, knowledge of Visual One Property Management System preferred; outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to maintain positive relationships while multitasking; experience in PMS Opera preferred
