Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling guests’ accounts upon completion of their stay. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem solve effectively; Clear communication and evaluative skills; Ability to handle high-pressure situations, solve problems, and work well in a team; Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
