Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing outstanding guest service at a hotel near the Galleria in Houston, surrounded by shopping and dining options. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities, meeting spaces, and proximity to key attractions like Reliant Park and downtown Houston.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong focus on customer service; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve effectively; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of hotel products and guest services; Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment; Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail
