Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing outstanding guest service, registering guests, and settling accounts at a hotel. This position involves hotel operations, concierge duties, and maintaining high standards of service throughout guests’ stays. The company is a global leader in third-party hotel management with a portfolio of over 1,550 hotels worldwide, including luxury hotels, resorts, and lifestyle properties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field is helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong customer service orientation; Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and solve problems effectively; Clear communication and ability to work well under pressure; Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of hotel products and services; Ability to create an enjoyable work environment
