Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Stratton Mountain Resort, located in Stratton Mountain, VT, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to work at The Black Bear Lodge and The Stratton Welcome Center. This role involves ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, with full-time year-round and seasonal opportunities available. Compensation is at $20.00/hour.
Requirements: Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent required; Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred; Must be 18 years of age or older; Strong computer skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to multitask and delegate tasks as needed.
