Position: Front Desk Agent
About: Front Desk Agents play a crucial role in greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional guest service, and managing guest accounts at a hotel. The Front Desk Agents also handle reservations, hotel operations, and concierge duties to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in a related field helpful; Experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Positive and upbeat personality with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service; Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and problem-solve effectively; Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with ease; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; Familiarity with hotel products and guest services; Team player with the ability to create a positive work environment
