Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful. Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Positive and upbeat personality with outstanding customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle stressful situations efficiently. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of hotel products, guest services, and financial information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
