Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; work well in high-pressure situations; effective communication and conflict resolution skills; desire to provide hospitality and guest service; minimum age of 18 years; flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out procedures for shifts and breaks.
