Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a customer service role; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively; Knowledge of hotel services and facilities; Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver; Proficiency in using computer systems; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
