About: Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding guest service and settling guest accounts at a hotel located in an undisclosed location. They handle guest registrations, reservations, and concierge duties while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; positive and upbeat personality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service; ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle guest complaints professionally; good communication skills; basic math proficiency; adherence to safety and security protocols; familiarity with hotel operations and computer equipment; willingness to assist in training new staff and promote a positive work environment.
