About: Supervisor: General Manager. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding customer service, settling guest accounts, and maximizing room revenue and occupancy in a hotel setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and handle guest complaints professionally; good communication skills and ability to convey information effectively; basic math skills and understanding of financial information; knowledge of safety and security procedures; training in security, alcohol, and health and safety; familiarity with hotel policies and procedures; computer proficiency; willingness to assist in training new staff; supportive of a positive work environment; understanding of hotel products and services (food and beverage, recreation)
