About: This position is for a Guest Service Representative at a hotel managed by a General Manager. The Guest Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding service throughout their stay, and settling accounts upon departure. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, functioning as hotel operators and concierges, as well as maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; positive and upbeat personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to multitask, problem-solve, handle guest complaints courteously, and communicate effectively; basic math skills; familiarity with safety and security protocols; training in security, alcohol, and health and safety; proficiency in operating computer equipment and Microsoft Office suite.
