Position: Front Desk
About: Supervisor: General Manager. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding service to guests at a hotel. They handle guest registration, reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. The role includes concierge duties and maximizing revenue and occupancy levels in the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive and upbeat personality with a passion for customer service; ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality; exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills and financial understanding; knowledge of safety and security procedures; training in security, alcohol, health, and safety protocols; familiarity with front desk operations, room management, and selling techniques; proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office; willingness to assist in staff training and promote a positive work environment; understanding of hotel products and services (e.g., food, beverage, recreation).
