About: A hotel in need of a Supervisor reporting to the General Manager. Guest Service Representatives play a crucial role in greeting and registering guests, providing exceptional service during their stay, and handling check-out procedures. Responsibilities include reservations, hotel operations, concierge duties, and maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; positive and upbeat personality with a passion for customer service; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle guest complaints effectively; strong communication and math skills; knowledge of safety protocols and procedures; training in security, alcohol, health, and safety; proficiency in front desk operations and office equipment; understanding of hotel policies and services; willingness to assist in staff training and maintain a positive work environment.
