About: Guest Service Representatives at a hotel in Miami Beach are in search of an observant and professional Supervisor to join their team. The Supervisor will work under the General Manager, ensuring exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, and maintaining efficient hotel operations to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in hotel guest services or a related field preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality; proficiency in basic math and computer operations; knowledge of hotel policies and procedures; familiarity with safety, security, and health guidelines
