Position: Freedom Boat Club – Director of Operations, Southeast Florida

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated ability to manage large teams; thorough understanding of operations practices, theories, and policies; excellent verbal and written communication and people skills; must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; be at least 21 years of age; pass a background/education check and drug screen; have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
