Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Demonstrated ability to manage large teams; Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in operations; Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills; Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; Be at least 21 years of age; Pass a background/education check, and drug screen; Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
