Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; Ability to lift 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods; Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays; Boutique Management experience required
