Position: Foodservice Culinary Sales Director
About: Rise Baking Company, a company specializing in culinary innovation, is seeking a creative and experienced Culinary Innovation Lead to drive new business development and menu solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to create on-trend menu items for national account customers and fostering culinary relationships with targeted restaurant chains for growth opportunities.
Requirements: Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred or equivalent work experience; proven experience as an executive chef or in a similar culinary leadership role; 10+ years of experience and established relationships with the top 25 national restaurant chains; strong knowledge of menu development, recipe creation, and flavor profiles; creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas; proficient computer skills including MS Office products; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills; exceptional communication and people skills; ability to travel frequently throughout the U.S.
