Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency; must be capable of lifting and carrying, up to 75 pounds for short periods of time (during receiving, stocking and delivering); must possess basic math skills relative to inventory value and conversion calculations; must have working knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel; must be able to pass proficiency testing for math and computer skills; must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English to customers, other employees and staff members; must be able to adapt to working in various conditions including wet and/or icy conditions, temperature extremes, both hot and cold and excessive noise; must be able to bend, stoop, have finger and handling dexterity and perform quickly and efficiently; must be able to stand for periods of time up to 4 hours at a time; must have valid Ohio driver’s license with less than six points, and must be capable to drive at all times; must be able to visually inspect product and storage areas and report all variances including color discrepancies to the manager; must have knowledge of safe food handling practices; must be able to work independently with the appropriate amount of supervision; ability to visually differentiate colors for the purposes of food safety; successful completion of Ohio Person-in-Charge food safety training class (or within one year of hire)
