Position: Food Supervisor

The position involves supervising employees to ensure adherence to security, safety, food specifications, quality assurance, sanitation, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities also include managing labor and food cost controls as per company standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred. 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing, food production, restaurant, or catering environment preferred. Strong and effective leadership skills with the ability to manage a staff of 30+ hourly employees. Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus. Ability to train others, give feedback, and handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills required. Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products. ServSafe Certification required; ServSafe Certified preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
