The Food Service Lead is responsible for overseeing quality dietary services for catering, retail, patient services, or production operations, ensuring timely delivery to both internal and external customers. Requirements: 1 year of food service or catering experience required; 3 years of food service or catering experience preferred; previous culinary school experience preferred; must be able to communicate effectively in English
