Position: Food Service Supervisor
About: Traders Village, the biggest flea market on the Gulf Coast located at 7979 N. Eldridge Pkwy, Houston, TX 77041, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee operations in one of its large indoor restaurants. The supervisor will manage a team of 10+ employees and ensure the efficient preparation of food and beverage while upholding customer service standards and food safety protocols.
Requirements: Leadership experience required; ability to work on Thursdays through Mondays; must work weekends; prior food service experience and leadership experience required; preferred High School Diploma or GED; must be able to obtain a Food Handlers and TABC Certification
Benefits: $13-$15 per hour pay rate range, 30+ hours per week, Thursday through Monday position
