Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification required; 1-3 years of food service supervisory experience; ability to supervise food service personnel and maintain organization and workflow; knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy and food allergies; ability to apply theory into practice and think critically to solve problems
