Requirements: Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field; Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in planning, composition, and delivery of training to the workforce; Must have experience with delivering training and conducting audits; Must have experience with data analysis and trending and data-driven decision making; Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
