Position: FOOD SERVICE OPS MANAGER
About: United Family is seeking a Food Service Operations Manager who will be responsible for guest relations and satisfaction, maintaining department standards, training and developing employees, and ensuring product quality standards are met.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent; Prior Deli or Food Service management experience within The United Family or a minimum of 2 years Restaurant experience required; Ability to work and communicate professionally with all levels of management and subordinates; Ability to self-motivate, problem-solve, and work with minimal supervision; Physical dexterity to perform bending, squatting, standing, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and walking; Ability to stand for up to 4 hours, lift items weighing up to 50 lbs., push and pull up to 100 lbs., and work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes; Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Email); Certified Food Safety Manager certification required; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; Willingness to accept supervisory coaching and work well in a team environment.
