Requirements: High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent; three years experience in food service and prior supervisory experience required; additional education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years; must meet all state and local government food handling requirements; a valid driver’s license is required; must demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of food service operation including cost control, food quality, safety, and sanitation; minimum age requirement: must be at least 21 years of age
