Position: Food Service Manager

Requirements: Prefer 5 years’ experience in food service/retail operations; innovative and creative with enthusiasm for food, cooking, and nutrition; excellent customer service skills; ability to positively manage change and enroll others; team player, transformational leader, and positive role model; critical thinker with financial analysis skills; knowledge of inventory management, schedule writing, and forecasting; commitment to personal and professional development; intermediate or higher computer skills including MS Office; ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to lift and carry 50 lbs; full body mobility and excellent manual dexterity; adheres to health department standards.
